Excellent communication in letting the customer know about the delivery. This arrangement was greatly appreciated by the recipient. She thought it was absolutely gorgeous. She shared her sentiments about how thrilled she was with this botanical garden arrangement. Sometimes you wonder what is being delivered when ordering online, but they did not skimp on the arrangement, like some florist have done to me in the past. For these reasons, I plan to become a loyal customer.They also have a wonderful selection to choose from on their website.

The company is great! Not only did they make a lovely arrangement for my sick friend, but they were super helpful when they had trouble delivering to the apartment building - delivering a second time at no cost. They were very communicative via phone, email, and text – which I appreciated. I would certainly recommend Sound Blooms. The service was excellent!
