My husband loves and grows beautiful roses. His retirement, 62nd birthday and Valentine’s Day were all happening near this weekend. I wanted a unique flower bouquet to celebrate this and Sound Blooms delivered. Their designs were a level up from the standards I saw on other Tacoma floral websites. On the day there was a miscommunication (my fault) on delivery times and we were not home. They texted and emailed - once I got home and called they offered to come back (it was 730p). They delivered a gorgeous bouquet. All good!

I am over the moon with the customer service and that the product. I don't think I've ever purchased a bouquet that as beautiful as the one created by the designers here. I ordered online from across the country and I'm always a little hesitant because of the product and service I've received from other companies. However, I will be returning to Sound Bloom!
